Hana OST Orthopedic Surgical Table

A Superior Table for Orthopedic Procedures Including Anterior Approach to Total Hip Arthroplasty (AATHA)

The Hana® is a state of the art fracture table that optimizes the Anterior Approach to Total Hip Arthroplasty (AATHA). Its unique patient positioning capabilities enable the surgeon to replace the hip through a single incision, Anterior Approach without detachment of muscle from the pelvis or femur.

The Hana® table allows for safe hyperextension, adduction and external rotation of the leg, incorporating the patented femoral lift and support system enhancing femoral exposure for improved component placement – a positioning option not possible with conventional surgery tables. The Anterior Approach to Total Hip Arthroplasty (AA THA) has become the procedure of choice for many surgeons and patients alike. Since 2005, the Hana® Orthopedic Table has been used to successfully position patients in thousands of these procedures. Knowing it is a vital instrument for the procedure, surgeons are reluctant to attempt the AA THA without a Hana® Table.
